Psychological counselling is intended for adults, children, and adolescents. We help clients going through challenging periods, long-term stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. We provide individual psychological counselling, psychotherapy, and therapeutic groups that offer sharing, support, and the opportunity to learn from others' experiences.
Children and adolescents
When working with younger clients, we use experiential and playful therapeutic methods that help children and adolescents express emotions, relieve tension, and regain trust in the world and themselves.
Therapeutic groups
In addition to individual work, we also offer therapeutic groups for adults. Group sessions create space for sharing experiences, understanding, and inspiration. The groups focus on topics such as stress management, relationships, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and returning to balance after challenging periods.
