Psychological counseling Understanding yourself and others

Mental health is as important as physical health – and is often closely related to it. Our psychological counseling is based on an approach that combines the scientific principles of psychology and a holistic view of the person. We offer a safe space for conversation where you can understand your emotions, relationships and life challenges. Together we look for ways to strengthen your mental resilience, inner balance and quality of life.

What We Build On

Our clinic works with the concept of six key lifestyle areas that mutually influence mental health and physical fitness. In psychological care, we focus on their interconnections, deeper understanding, and long-term behavioral changes that support overall balance.

Improvement in one area often brings positive change to the others. Our role is to help clients understand these connections and use them to enhance mental well-being, relationships, and life balance.

Who Counselling Is For

Psychological counselling is intended for adults, children, and adolescents. We help clients going through challenging periods, long-term stress, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. We provide individual psychological counselling, psychotherapy, and therapeutic groups that offer sharing, support, and the opportunity to learn from others' experiences.

Adults

Individual psychotherapy for adults offers a safe and confidential space to pause, gain self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change. We support clients in navigating challenging life situations, managing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and long-term dissatisfaction. Together, we explore underlying patterns, strengthen inner resources, and encourage gradual steps toward greater balance and well-being in everyday life. Our approach is always individualized, with respect for each person’s uniqueness and personal story.

Families and couples

Family therapy helps improve communication, understanding, and relationships among family members. Together, we look for ways to manage conflicts, navigate challenging life situations, and rebuild mutual trust. The therapeutic space allows each family member to be heard and understood. In couples therapy, we support partners facing communication difficulties, conflicts, or a loss of closeness. We help partners better understand each other, strengthen trust, and find new ways toward a healthy and fulfilling relationship.

Children and adolescents

We provide sensitive and professional support to children and adolescents going through challenging periods. We help with anxiety, mood changes, difficulties at school, and issues in relationships with peers or family. We create a safe environment where young people can openly talk about their feelings and find ways to better cope with everyday situations. When working with younger clients, we use experiential and play-based therapeutic methods that help children express emotions, release tension, and rebuild a sense of trust in themselves and the world around them.

Therapeutic groups

In addition to individual therapy, we also offer therapeutic groups for adults. Group sessions create a safe space for sharing experiences, mutual understanding, and inspiration on the path to change. We focus on topics such as stress management, relationships, self-worth, and self-acceptance, supporting a return to inner balance after challenging periods. We also offer groups focused on practicing breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as mindfulness, helping participants better manage everyday stress.

Our Philosophy

We believe that mental health care is not just about solving problems, but about creating space for balance, acceptance, and authenticity.

Psychological support can be the beginning of a process that leads to a deeper understanding of oneself and one's surroundings. We help clients recognize their inner resources, strengthen their confidence in their own abilities, and find ways to live a contented, conscious, and resilient life.

A shared journey to mental well-being

Mental health is a process – a journey you don’t have to take alone. We help you find new perspectives, restore inner peace, and strengthen your ability to handle life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence.
