I graduated from the 3rd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University with a degree in Nutritional Therapy. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Adult and Child Nutrition at the 1st Faculty of Medicine.
I emphasize an individual approach and fostering a healthy relationship with food. I believe nutrition is not about strict rules, but about understanding the needs of body and mind, and finding balance that respects your lifestyle, health status, and personal goals.
I believe a healthy relationship with food is the foundation of long-term health and well-being. It's not about strict rules, calorie counting, or guilt, but about understanding your body's needs and respecting its signals.
I support my clients in discovering joy in eating, learning to listen to their body, and embracing nutrition as a pleasant, balanced, and stress-free part of life. Together, we find sustainable solutions that easily fit into everyday routines and build self-confidence and motivation for self-care.
During my practice, I have delivered lectures for primary schools and collaborated with school cafeterias to promote healthy and balanced eating habits in children.
I have also worked with an oncology center, helping patients find individualized paths to healthy nutrition while supporting their self-care during challenging treatment periods.
Currently, I focus on sports nutrition, particularly in professional football, where I work with players on optimizing performance, recovery, and a long-term sustainable approach to nutrition.
Above all, I help clients explore their own relationship with food . and with themselves - which can be particularly challenging in today's hectic world amid pressures from all sides. I support them in making nutrition a tool for certainty and balance, rather than stress or guilt.
