I am a graduate of the Master's program in Psychology from the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University. In my practice, I specialize in working with families and children. Together, we navigate challenging situations and strengthen the mental health of individuals and families.
Common topics I address include anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm, post-hospitalization care, eating disorders, gender identity, or complex family situations.
I focus on preventing problems and restoring healthy family bonds. My work is built on trust and a respectful approach.
In addition to my psychology studies, I have completed extensive professional training, such as a two-year Experiential Therapy program, a two-year Comprehensive Crisis Intervention course, and Sandplay Therapy (work in a therapeutic sandbox). Currently, I am a trainee in a six-year psychotherapeutic program in Postmodern Therapy, methodologically based on constructivist-narrative approaches.
I have several years of experience leading therapeutic groups, individual therapy with adolescents, and family psychological counseling. I also have four years of practice in schools as a school psychologist.
I speak English and offer counseling services in English as well.
Taking the first step toward change can be very challenging. And I'm here so you don't have to go through this journey alone.
