How Consultations Work

First Consultation

The first consultation provides a safe and supportive space for open conversation. Together, we identify the main topics you wish to address - whether related to mental health, sleep, nutrition, or risk behaviours - and discuss your expectations.

Individual Treatment Plan

If you decide to continue, we will set goals together and choose suitable approaches and forms of cooperation. Over several sessions, we will discuss in more detail the background of your difficulties and key lifestyle factors that may influence your mental health. We will also explore internal and external resources that can support you on your journey.

Ongoing Support Throughout the Process

During regular sessions, we focus on understanding and identifying concrete steps that lead to meaningful change. We monitor your progress, adjust our approach as needed, and strengthen the results you have achieved. Throughout the entire process, we are also available between consultations to provide support in moments of crisis or whenever you feel the situation becomes difficult to manage.

Comprehensive Care

A holistic approach to mental health care significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment and supports long-term stability. Within our team, we combine expertise from addiction counselling, psychology, nutritional therapy, and other disciplines, sharing a unified approach and common philosophy. If we identify the need for additional professional support, we will recommend suitable specialists or assist you in finding an appropriate facility.

Initial orientation consultation

If you're unsure where to start with your mental health care, we offer a 30-minute introductory online consultation. During the session, we focus on mapping your current situation, history of issues, and key lifestyle areas. Based on this assessment, we recommend the appropriate therapeutic direction or a specific specialist from our team.

The goal of the consultation is to help you effectively direct yourself to the right specialist, set the first steps in your mental health care, and ensure that further collaboration matches your individual needs.
